Why is there a timer on my shopping cart?

Hey Duckee sales events are only open for a limited time and contain limited quantities of items. Therefore, to give all Hey Duckee members an equal chance to take advantage of our sales, we must release items that are not ordered within 15 minutes of being placed in your shopping cart. The timer on your shopping cart is set to 15 minutes for every item that is added to your cart. This timer can be used as a tool that will help you keep track of the amount of time you have until you need to finalize your order on each item. Back to top

 

 

How long can items remain in my shopping cart and why have I seen items disappear?

As a private sale site, our fantastic merchandise is only available in limited quantities for a limited time. Providing a timer on your shopping cart of 15 minutes for each item gives all of our customers an equal opportunity to purchase merchandise at the discounted sale price. If you place an item in your shopping cart without completing your order within 15 minutes, we will release it from your cart. Back to top

 

 

Why am I asked to log in again?

The Hey Duckee website will time out after one hour whether you are active on the site or not. After this time expires, you will be asked to log in again. The time out will not affect your 15-minute countdown on products you already have put in your cart. Back to top

 

 

How do I unsubscribe to Hey Duckee's daily email notifications?

To unsubscribe from our email notices, just click on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email. You'll be taken directly to a page where you can confirm that you want to be removed from our database. Once you have confirmed, you will automatically be removed from our list. Back to top

 

 

Why won’t my Internet Explorer 8 work with your site?

Internet Explorer 8 includes a feature called Compatibility Mode, which tells it to pretend to be Internet Explorer 7. Not only does this fool our website, but it causes a working browser to stop functioning properly. How long will it take for me to get my order?

Hey Duckee is a private sales company, and we do not keep merchandise in stock. Our shipping process begins at the close of a sales event after Hey Duckee has placed orders directly to the brand. In order to continue bringing you amazing deals on your favorite products, our shipping process takes 10 to 15 business days after a sales event closes. This must be considered when choosing the size of an apparel item to ensure receipt of the correct size. Back to top

Is it possible to check the status of my order and/or view past orders?

Can I track my Hey Duckee order?

What is Hey Duckee's policy on returns and exchanges?

All Hey Duckee sales are final unless items are damaged or defective. We do not keep inventory in stock. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Back to top

 

 

What will happen if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

How and when is my credit card charged for my order?

Once you place your order with Hey Duckee, we will not immediately charge your credit card. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we’ll reserve funds in the amount of your order from your credit card account. We'll charge your credit card in full once the shipping process begins. Why have I received some of the items from my order and not others?

Items that are purchased from different sales events ship separately because they are sent to the Hey Duckee warehouse from manufacturers at different times. Back to top

 

 

Why does my order say “Pending”?

Pending means that your order is processing in our supply chain. It will not change from "Pending" until your order has actually been shipped to you from Hey Duckee's warehouse. Back to top

 

 

I invited my friends to Hey Duckee. Where are my referral credits?

To obtain referral credits, the friend you invited must register with Hey Duckee using the link that appears in the invitation that you sent them. Once that friend places an order with Hey Duckee and that order has been shipped, referral credits will be applied to your account. If your friend does not use the link that appears in your invitation when they register with Hey Duckee, or they do not place an order with Hey Duckee, credit will not be applied to your account. You can view your credits by clicking the "My Credits" icon that appears in the top right corner of the page once you are signed in. Back to top

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your Hey Duckee password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on Hey Duckee's sign in page. You will be asked to enter the email address that you used when you originally signed up for Hey Duckee. We will then send an email to that email address. How do I change my password, my shipping and/or billing address, email address, and/or credit card information?

When you are signed into Hey Duckee, you can click on the "My Account" link which is displayed at the top of every page. Click on "Account Dashboard" from the dropdown menu. You will then be able to edit your account information. Back to top

 

 

Can I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
